Peter Wullschleger was born in 1966 in Switzerland and started his career as an apprentice mechanic at Swissair. Upon completion and passing his trade school training, Peter began his career as an aircraft engineer in the Line Maintenance Unit at Swissair Technics, today SR Technics.

Peter later converted to the ICT-Business Unit as an internal SAP consultant where he acquired his experience as a subject matter expert and supported several SAP logistics projects in maintenance units, shops and business offices as a subproject manager.

 

During Peter's time as an internal SAP consultant, Mr. Wullschleger, increased his capacity by attending a Business Management Engineer program which he successfully completed within 18 months. After four years as an internal SAP consultant, Peter received the opportunity to start as a controller and project manager in the Material Management Unit at SR Technics.

 

In search of new opportunities, Peter decided after four years in the Material Management Unit with SR Technics, to identify new challenges and embarked on a new role as a SAP Logistics Consultant at IMG, an international consulting company. As a project manager and SAP consultant he worked in several international logistics projects in his new capacity.

 

With a wealth of background in the aerospace business, Peter provided consultancy services as a maintenance specialist in the German Airforce, a project designed to implement SAP procedures in the operation and maintenance of the new Tiger helicopter and NH90, supporting the aerospace & defense industry. While engaged in consultancy, Peter pursued an executive MBA program in Logistics at the University of St.Gallen.

 

In 2013, Peter founded his own company to support companies with their institutional development and processes to maintain their complex assets, like aircrafts and plants. Peter is a shareholder and CEO of WUCON Ltd, servicing clients in the civil and military aerospace sectors and production industries with an extensive after sales management business.
