Abe serves as Managing Partner of Nobility Partners, LLC, a consulting firm providing direction to small businesses and is a member of Albion College’s Alumni Board of Advisers. He is a published guest columnist for the Blue Ridge Business Journal and YPNation.com, and has spoken as a business consultant on the topics of workforce retention, leveraging social media, public relations, and entrepreneurship.

Loper received his Bachelor's degree in both English and Visual Arts from Albion College, and holds a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership, as well as an Ed.S. with the same concentration, from Liberty University.

 

Loper is an active leader in his community where he has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Sedalia Center for the Arts (Marketing Chair), National College’s Business and Technology Advisory Board, Economic Development Council, and the regional Workforce Investment Board (Executive Committee & Youth Council).

 

His industry experience includes positions in sales, management, and consulting, and ranges from strictly private, nonprofit, and government work, to partnerships focused on bringing all three sectors together.
